XACT Coding Services

Xact provides contract coding services for inpatient and outpatient physician professional charges, diagnostic centers, ambulatory surgery centers and hospital facility services. Xact's team consists of certified medical coding and reimbursement specialists across all healthcare specialties.

Xact has performed reviews for clients throughout the United States. Our clients include some of the largest hospital systems throughout the country. We have performed contract coding services for HMA (25 hospitals), Metrohealth and more than 30 Veteran Medical Centers just to name a few.

Xact certified coders are proficient with CPT, ICD-9 and HCPCS code sets. In addition our coders are able to convert ICD-9 code sets to the new ICD-10 coding system.
